KI 0419 Cisco AnyConnect: Another request to enter username

Cisco AnyConnect is the VPN software used to log in to SAFE

You enter your user name and password, and press Connect, but are immediately receiving the following error message: "Login failed".

Normally this happens if you don't have access to a SAFE server. If you need a secure desktop for a new project (and you are the project manager), you can request a new SAFE server. If you belong to a project and need access, you should contact the project manager and ask her/him to request access for you.
