UiB (via Sikt) has Open access publishing deals with different publishers. If you are affiliated with UiB and the corresponding author on the publication you should get a choice of making the article open access without extra cost for you, after acceptance. 

To be recognized as eligible for the UiB agreement, please state UiB as your institution during the submission process and preferably use your UiB email address.
