KI 0045 How do I install or reinstall ePhorte?

All employees can install ePhorte in Software Center.

How to install or reinstall ePhorte:

1. Open Software Center.
2. Search for ePhorte (in the search field at the top right). If ePhorte does not appear in the search results, click "Installation status" in the menu on the left.
3. Click on "ePhorte".
4. Select "Install". If it says "Uninstall," select that first followed by "Install" when it appears. Both deinstallation and installation go fast.

ePhorte is now installed (again). Remember to always open ePhorte via the shortcut "ePhorte Prodmiljø (Prodenvironment)", never directly from Internet Explorer or similar.
